Last night I attended a wonderful performance by the MacAdam-Somer Quartet (three sisters and one brother) at La Colombe d'Or. Some wonderful pieces were presented, by my favorite was the second movement from Robert Nelson's 2x2: A suite in the old style for Two Violins and Two Cellos.
